Instructions for the Application form

PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST AN I-20 FORM IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO USE IT TO OBTAIN A STUDENT VISA(F-1) AT THE AMERICAN EMBASSY.
We will send these I-20 forms by international priority mail that can take up to 2-3 weeks to be delivered. If you want faster service with UPS, you need to pay the $165 fee for this service. For details click here...

New Regulations! Please email or fax us (415) 750-1755 a copy of all of your bank statements (Total $12,000 for one year at our institution, which includes $4,000 school fees and $8,000 living expenses: rent, food, etc.), college/university or high school diplomas or certificates and a copy of your passport page for our files. We need these documents before we can send you the I-20 form.
